Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Interceptor Electronics.
If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with or a purchase has been made in error, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.
Returns should be made to the either the selling distributor or Interceptor Electronics, whichever the purchase was made from.
Purchases from Interceptor Electronics on this web site:
If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unmarked in the original box, Interceptor Electronics will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
First use our Contact Us page, inform us before returning the item and we will issue you an RMA number.
All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, cables, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.
NOTE:
Interceptor Electronics strongly recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Interceptor Electronics or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Purchases from a Interceptor Electronics distributor or reseller:
Please contact the distributor, shop or sales agent that the product was purchased from and they will help you make the appropriate return and refund based on your payment method. Should you have any issues please Contact Us via this link.
After the return period expires, products will still be covered by our manufacturer's defect Warranty as applicable.
