Who is Interceptor Electronics?
We are an enthusastic team of motorcycle and performance vehicle engineers, electronics engineers, programmers and sales team. We take great pride in our work designing, manufacturing and supporting the Interceptor!

What is the Interceptor?
The Interceptor is a small electronic module that plugs directly into your bike.
It allows the fuel injection tuning, engine response and power to be improved whilst giving brilliant features like on-board datalogging, traction control and more.
The common result after fitment and tuning is an engine with more power and throttle response, correct air-fuel ratios and improved emissions.

What about warranty?
We offer an effective warranty and will handle any claims thoroughly. Please see our Warranty page.

Yes, dealers and customers can call:

Can you map a bike with an Interceptor on any make or model of Dyno?
Yes, you can.

Does the Dual Map switch only change between the Fuel Maps?
No, actually the switch can select between any combination of the [A] and [B] Fuel Maps, [A] and [B] Ignition Maps, Quick Shift Trims, and Traction Control Trims.

Do I have to add any wheel speed sensors to my bike for Traction Control to work?
No, the Interceptor uses a combination of gear position detection, rpm and rear wheel speed to work out the exact level of grip on the rear tyre.
All currently supported bikes have the required sensors already present.
For high end racing and GP use we also support adding a Front Wheel Speed sensor for datalogging and expansion if desired.

Is the Interceptor upgradeable?
Yes, if we add any extra features to the same model Interceptor the customer can upgrade the firmware themselves directly from supplied PC Software at no cost.
